i got the frame drop as well...
Its awesome I was looking for something like this, could we take it a bit furthur and add some kind of hit registering system for weapons of 0 damage..this would great for aim practice..to have something that shoots, doesn't push the oponent and registers a hit with no damage.

um, i turned the shock rifle primary/secondary down to 0% damage, but the combo still killed people.

that should be another mutator

actually, if you play with TTM [ http://www.planetunreal.com/ttm ], it has hitsounds, so it beeps when you hit someone.

There is no option about the combo.

Ive used this before but when I reinstalled the menu doesn't work at all, all the sliders were stretched out and there were no options to change weapons.
