Where are the good mods?

Ive been playing a lot of |Zark| servers because i think energy weapons are played out. In the original Unreal i was hooked on Serpentine and Infiltration.

Ive been to PlanetUnreal and ive done Google searches for mods but have yet to come across the right one. The VSK Zark mod i have kills my shield gun and any redeemers i may have put into my maps.

Does anyone have any info about a good modern day ballistic weapons mod/mutator?
