Unzip to C:/ut04 or whatever your directory is. The rest is automatically done with the subdirectory.

And thankyou very much Angel Mapper! I reccomend for those who have better aim to let the thing shoot in your direction and dont stand behind it, standing behind it almost makes it too easy. Once you get really good you should start jumping with it or somthing to make it more complicated .

btw Rachel, on http://angelmapper.com/levels.htm, the link has a space btw Target and Practice, and it shouldn't be there, so that gives a 404 error

I recommend putting the base on top of the tower in torlan, to practice some long ranging sniping

I have unzipped to my UT folder and then what...I went to the Community section where my other mods are and I dont see it...what up

TargetPractice is a mutator, not a mod.
You have to add it to the Mutators list in Instant Action
