Hellcat2k3, Congrats on this! This is some piece of work. I'm surpised someoen didn't think of this sooner. Should be a great help to modders out there for their own splash mod screens. I'm gonna have to reinstall since I just got my new hdd back but this is a spiffy lil tool you cobbled togther. Excellent job.

About the online compatibility issue: As this mod does not replace any retail files and the only change is done through one entry in the ini file, it is no problem to hook up a second ini file and use that through "ut2004.exe -ini=YourCustomIniForHellcatsMod.ini"
