Changes from SA 5a:
All mutators have been fused into a single class.
Added SwitchArsenal Equipment. Add items to the players' starting inventory beyond what SA Weapons gives them.
Random Sets can be placed as ammo and baseless pickups.
This means SA can now be made compatible with multi-ammo guns like in Chaos UT.
Random Sets now have a chance factor, so items can be more or less likely to spawn than others.
New GUI Style.
Next I will attempt to add more functionality to SA Classes, including the cost system. I have to work out the logic on how its going to keep track of how much buying power people have.
