I am new here, but this is the first ut2004 content I have publicly released.

INFO: This mutator allows server admins to set names that only one player (GUID) can use, preventing players from name stealing or impersonating you while you are away from your server. If a player is using a restricted name it will reset the name to "player" instantly. You can restrict up to 20 different names. Its small and simple, but I hadn't seen anything like it when I looked around.
Feedback:
This is a beta release, and if you find a bug / problem in this release or it doesn't work correctly when used with another mutator, or vise versa, reporting it to me would be very helpful. Other feedback such as suggestions or criticism is appreciated.
