JEI is dead (They graduated college it was a college project and don't feel like spending time with it at this time)

They did? Who was the last one on that hot potato? if FO is dead dead, they really should release the models and static meshes, probably even the code, to the community.

The last guys who had it still have the code and last I talked with them ( I use to help moderate their forums before they dropped it) and they where discussing making their own mod with the code. I have no idea what came of it but I suggest hunting down ColdFusion.

Mercenary Onslaught -> Onslaught + money + custom weapons/vehicles support
Brutal Tactics (probably UT2003) -> FPTBSS (First Person Turn Based Strategy Shooter)
