Zencoder weapon 1.7 Mod

PlanetUnreal, BeyondUnreal both say that Zencoder has released version 1.7 of his weapons mod. But they don't have a link to the new file. Also Zencoder's site doesn't have a link either to this file.

Can anyone reply with a viable link to this file?
