I've added a command to open the config menu during a game. In offline games your beam will immediately change to the new settings. In online games the new settings will not take effect until the map changes. I only JUST added this so there are probably some bugs still but I know many of you have been waiting for this ability so I'm just letting you know that it will be there in the next version.
