Well, its for UT too. I never heard of its release for UT2k3, so Icant tell you where to find it.

i dont know where to find it, but i think it is on unreal championship 4 x-box

also, you mite b able to find it in the CARLAUNCHER mut because the rockets lock on (if thats wat u meen)
