It is in singleplayer too. If you use a lockpick on some container door in Hell's kitchen then you can enter this place through a secret door. Also you can get there with a lift that's actually somewhere near the main road. It requires a code or a multitool to get past the keypad though.

Anyway, the screens look really cool dude. Looks a LOT like the original. I love it
