I've been testing 1.7 for a couple days now, I am very impressed with all the different adjustments that can be made. Too bad there are ne servers to play this version, so we could get a real idea of how BW 1.7 works.

why not put it on a server, then? it could be like a multi-player Beta network test! it would be fun, just have to hinder the weapons, like make a map, that when you make a certain about of kills, a door opens up, giving you access to a new weapon, and it just keeps going until you get to the strongest superweapon, like, a....uhhhhhhh................black hole generator? like the QSG off unreal4ever, except stronger.

I have it on good authority that there is going to be a server running with 1.7 beta this friday

I could put it on my dedicated...I have it on redirect so everyone could get it. We also have a good network of players to test with.
