    With the huge amount of time it will takes to build a map from scratch using custom content (A few months ,at least, or more for a well built map), what will be done to combat map piracy and prevent someone else from stealing meshes and textures or your whole map? Will there be a way to make a map permanently uneditable after the final build? Is not some form of protection a way to encourage truly talented people to really create something great and separate them from the map rippers and encourage them to provide FREE content of high quality for next generation games?


    Let's face it, who is willing to spend weeks building a single mesh with over a million polygons and then build a lower resolution mesh version for the in-game version, only to see it ripped off by someonelse claiming to have created it . A whole custom made map being ripped off is even worse...
