    Single Player Mod...

    Is there one, i can see the hundreds that are listed in reclaimers thread at the top of the page, but the 1st 20 are weapons / changes / online mods.

    Im essentially looking for a Unreal / Unreal 2 / Return to napali type affair for 2004.

    Any ideas?

    Unreal 1 is going to get converted to UT2004. Check the mods forums.

      Check out the beyondunreal.com website, there have been quite a few single player mods posted in the news section.

          nice, but as a keen follower of the series, i have Unreal, and that would just be a horrible mess inside 2k4. unreal was gritty and hard. 2k4 is rounded and colourful!

              Not sure why they have been removed from Reclaimer's list but Damnation, Eden Eclipse and Neosaka are all single player mods. Just search for them using AltaVista or Google and you'll find them. They are great mods.

                    It is suprising that there aren't more single player mods out there. Seems to be they'd have a better chance of finding a retail spot as valueware than an mp mod. It's not like there are any shortages of good map makers around here.

                    Maybe the engine cost could be taken off the front of the profits to go to epic? The makers themselves might not turn a profit but it's not like they are now...
