Some companys have worse routing than others so even with a faster service with once company another company with a slower service might actually ping better.

Yeah there's no reason a 20Mb connection would be one iota better to play on than my 750k connection. In fact when I used to have 300k up/64k down, I was getting the same excellent low pings I get now.Comment

I've read that ntl's new caps will be as follows:
1Mb - 5GB/month
2Mb - 30GB
3Mb - 40GB
I'm not sure if ntl have said this officially yet though, so it may not be correct.Comment

What's the point of an always on connection if half-way through the month you reach your limit and can't use it anymore?!
I guess you'll be able to pay for the cap to be removed until the end of the month - just another way for "rip off britian" to keep it's good name I guess .... *sigh*Comment
