[PING: ATARI]Disable stickies option on forums

We now have SEVEN stickies, and they take up a fair bit of space. An option to turn disable old stickies would be quite nice. I do think the ECE vech strats, ultimate FAQ guide, mod release, etc. should be stickied, but I don't want to scroll past them every time.

however make sure the one by the author -=reclaimer=- gives an unknown error message when trying to be turned off
