I got the card and I have to play UT with 600 by 800 resolution, medium to low graphics settings and the thing still lags like a B*%ch. I am saving for a new rig (want to build my own) but it's so expensive! I wish there was a cheap way to better performance. :sour:

ok first of all ... wtf :sulk:

                9800 pro = 200 euro // 6800 ultra = 500 euro

Hmmm it's kinda hard??? whats better??? rofl

Second of all .. yes your current card is kinda buget .... But even with an 6800 ultra .. u will still have fram drops (IT all depends on your CPU power)

                If u want a steady FPS (85) u should have a 3500+ atleast...

so whats better .. a x800 xt pe or the 6800 ultra
                both good....

I was wondering the same thing. But I guess it's a matter of what you play and how you want to play it.
