I've had too many driver compatability problems with ATI.

Nvidia all the way.

currently im on an ATI , but wished Id stuck with Nvidia. I miss Nvidias digital vibrance options, they made up for my cheap monitors colour.

So I say Nvidia deffo

Look at price and value for money, bang for buck etc. to make your choice.
