Oh FFS! This feels like it's in alpha stage! So glitchy! :down:

Not quite sure about glitchy...

But some of the visualisations take up masses of system memory - annoying.

Nicer layout, much faster media access, and (finally), the mini player when you minimise actually has a seek option in it! :up:

Try using V5.1 and saying that. Something WMP has always been better at, considering Winamp doesnt even support it

its not about how much mem it takes up, i find it good quality and thats all that matters to me, i hate those pixelated visualisations with wMP

mplayer > * @ video/movies (except, maybe, VLC).

Can you even do this or this with the wmp? or can you play every video format just with wmp? antialiased shaded subtitle fonts? can you encode(with several filters available)/demux video? play video from an ISO image? autosynchronize audio/video? ...

Concerning the mimimode of wmp not working:

LOL, it needed a restart.

confusing interface and constant crashes, ill stick to quicktime and bsplaye for video, iTunes for musicr. i did install mp10 though, i do like the new look, but things arent where they should be, and the msn music store is a joke. They might be able to compete with Apple if they partner with Sony, but thats unlikly, as even on Sony's home turf, out of the top 8 MP3 players on the Japanese market, 6 of those are iPod models.
