The quickest path

does anyone know a good site that gives tips on the quickest or best routes in AS maps.

There is another thread going around bout the blueprints of the maps, that's not what i'm talking bout. just general tips on tricky/unexpected or just faster way to progress through the map.

I have no idea myself and I guess it's a personal thing, I see (dead) people (lol) jumping all over the place but nobody has a "quickest" or "best" route.

I already have my own set routes...I am just interested in what others have come up w/.
