um, is my server/beta map reachable

im using windoze because of unrealed and cant tell if something is wrong on the windows side for external clients. linux server side always worked fine. can someone verify if they can connect/download at:

ut2004://64.121.33.14:30020

and if AS-PowerCrystal shows up in the map list?
