    Where is this file located?

    i'm guessing you're trying to unlock the hidden characters? search.

    In the time it took you to tell him to search, you could have just told him what he needed.

    In your UT system folder there is a file called user.ini
    You must find the line that says this:

    TotalUnlockedCharacters=

    And update it to this:

    TotalUnlockedCharacters=Malcolm;ClanLord;Xan

              I beated Malcolm 2 times (before and after getting the patch), and I still didn't get any characters and I didn't use anything that could be seen as cheating. If I don't get the chars the right way, then I do it this way

                    We should be expected to take our time to answer his question when he won't use his own time to search for an answer? As has been ponted out: But he doesn't LEARN that way.
