    A server with Big Head is not what I call vanilla.
    It affects visuals, but it doesn't really affect gameplay much aside from allowing people to see the best players easier.

    UTSecure and Anti-TCC should be filter categories

    Something needs to prominently distinguish servers running those security mutators from all others since they keep people with modified files from being able to play. UTSecure and Anti-TCC should be filter categories so people who want to exclude those servers from their list can do so and not waste time trying to join them.

    i agree... this is basically one definition thought to be a guideline..

    That would be a fairly accurate description of core game play. Of course we are breaking this by allowing removal of superweapons but such is life.
