Ninja Rope help

Ninja rope is the COOLEST mutator ever. I can play it in instant action, but i can't get my server to send out the file... so others can't play it with me. I have downloading enabled, and even tried to install ninjarope on another pc and connect. it still didn't work.
can anyone give me some advice?

Did you put it in the ServerPackages list in the server's INI file?

if you have it on your server it will crash it on a regular basis
