PHP isn't hard. I picked it up without trouble after reading the webmonkey tutorials. Have since coded ladders, portals, and other projects to supplement my meager income.
What are you trying to build? Any interest in learning how to do it yourself? I wouldn't have time to do the work for you, but I can certainly point you to the tutorials that I've found most useful. -
