One of the sprees was with the shield gun, and so were most of the double kills! I lost by 12 or 13, but when I joined the leader already had about 20 kills.
Shield gun is only useful against noobs and clusters of people - in 1 on 1's = teh suxxorz - you should NEVER be hit with a shield gun - EVER, unless your cat jumped on the keyboard or something....

In a spamfest like DM-Peak there is no shame in using the shield gun :haha:

there is no shame in getting a kill any way you can.
i am the hammer ***** from hell in some maps.when ut04 released,i had a guy asking if i was cheating because whenever he went by me he died.hehheheh
it was the hammer.look up the stats for Bogy~Hammer(in UT03)
he is my friend, and has over 20K(i think) shield gun kills.!!!
lets see an aimbotter beat you with a shield gun!!!
and...........i can usually get anyone at least once a game no matter how "good" they are.i ran my server as a shield gun arena for a while..............hehehe
Kill to death ratio is irrelevant. The player with the most kills wins. Some lame guys camp the shields and amp and time all the items.
I on the other hand seldom pick up any shields, I'm just a freaked out killing machine with every weapon moving wildly around. In public DM I win most of the time, but almost all of the time the next best player died less often then I did.
Rampage.... the way it's meant to be played!
(vs timing and camping the way to compensate your lack of skill)

to me,it is a measure of how good one really is.them guys who are dispensing massive ownage on our butts, the real guys, usually have 1/2 deaths of the total kills.in all situations, less deaths is the way to go.some times it cant be dealt with, you just run-n-gun,but i am ok with that.LOL
