    pipe switch help

    first off, I have done a search, but this is kind of different than whats out there already.

    I have tried to use pipe switch, but it doesn't work for me.

    this is a copy/paste from my User.ini

    T=pipeswitch7 | pipeswitch9
    I have tried pipeswitch, pipedswitch

    I have tried having a space in between pipeswitch and the number, and I've tried no space, but it just wont work for me.

    if I type it in the console during the games and it keeps telling me that it's an unrecognized command.

    anyone know what might be wrong... thanks ;]

    In the user.ini

    in this section add an alias

    [Engine.Input]
    ...

    Aliases[36]=(Command="pipedswitchweapon 7 | pipedswitchweapon 8 | pipedswitchweapon 6 | pipedswitchweapon 3 | pipedswitchweapon 2",Alias="closeweapons")

    then later in the section you refer to the name

    MouseWheelDown=closeweapons

    Change the MouseWheelDown to whatever, obviously.

        Nice link :up:

        I think almost all of those work for UT2004 as well

          you spelled it wrong.

          t=pipedswitchweapon 7 |pipedswitchweapon 9

          is how it should go.

              a 'pipeswitch' is when someone replaces your pot pipe with a crack pipe. :bulb:
