Anyone Else Having These Problems

Some maps i can see through objects and things. I can see through the entire map in some situations, i don know if its my video card. Does anyone else have these problems, if so what are your stats and settings.

On a server that is getting laggy I sometimes see tanks without turrets, etc., but I haven't lost any terrain.

Were you online or offline?

Have you tried updating your video card drivers?
