Yeah, just complete SP and you'll get him.

*sigh*, why do you people post "beat single player to unlock him", when if had beaten single player yourself, you'd realize that beating SP does not unlock him, nor the other 2 hidden characters... no one knows how to unlock them legitmately, it's most likely a bug

What is TDM? Have you unlocked him?

TDM is team deathmatch. Follow the link I posted, it tells you how to get it pretty clearly (you can't mess up the process).
