in the scoreboard my ping is 55
when I press escape in the player list my ping is 15

One of the things to get fixed .... if I get a good performance on a server, you won't hear me complain . Ping smeans nothing actually, I played good games on servers with ping 100, some better than server with pings of 40 .... server hardware is also pretty important, apart from that, probably also an admin who knows how to setup his server.
