Anti-Cheat protection??

I just played on a CTF server and one guy was using an aimbot... very obvious and bragging about it. Talking in a little girl voice (13ish, wasn't too hard for him)

Ignored the voice but still using an aimbot... I thought there was going to be some kind of anti-cheat protection in retail!

I just browsed and didn't see anything else about it.

I'm not looking to rant just find out what they have planned to combat it.
