Competition Mode

How do I know if a game has Auto Aim On and no competition mode. I prefer to use one weapon that the character specializes in. Also, is anyone using a dual analog joysick? Mine works fine, except for the look right moves without me moving my joystick. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Auto Aim does not work online, and public servers aren't going to have competition mode on. Kind of prevents people from playing. If you hop onto a server and it says "Waiting for Players (9)" or something of that nature, you're in the wrong place.
