Pushed Back? Or Is My Local EB Stupid?

I walked over to my local EB today (I'm in Southern Ontario, btw) and tried to pick up my pre-order of the special edition, but the girl said they didn't have it. I told her that March 15th was the release date, but she repeated that they didn't have it, and then said something about it being pushed back.

So is she a moron? Or do you figure it just hasn't shipped to them quite yet?

and EB just sucks. or at least ebgames.com which has NOT shipped my pre-order yet!! IDIOTS! they shuold have sent it out friday AT LEAST!! i'm never buying from ebgames again.

futureshop.ca still says mine is not yet shippable. Someone mentioned something about the french packaging (for us canucks) may delay the shipment by a few days.

thats because the 15th is the SHIP date.

they dont get insta dilivery there.

I pre-ordered the SE WITH Overnight shipping form GameStop, and it shipped on 3/11/04... Problem is, I DIDNT GET IT YET!!!

If the fickin thing shipped on the 11th, it SHOULD be here by now!! And with Overnight shipping... Man

You should have gotten it 3 days before us. You would be the first person to play it. Even before Israel and other countries.

Na, GameStop shipped everyone's so we can get it TODAY... Ill wait til tomorrow and see. They gave me my tracking number, but FedEx didnt even receive my order from their systems yet... WTF?

I ordered the Unreal Tournament 2004 DVD Special Edition from EB Games online. They charged my credit card on Friday or Saturday. And it is supposed to ship today. If it does, I should get it either tomorrow or Wednesday.

Can't wait to play it. I was disappointed that I would be a day or two behind everyone at first, but after booting my computer up this morning...

kyle, they emailed me saying mine was shipped the 11th too and i called Gamestop and they said that it was shipped today and fedex will have a vaild tracking number by 9 tonight. I just hope it gets here soon because teh suspense is killing me.

Thanks for the replies. I'm sure I just got impatient with the shipping. I made the order at the store about a month ago, and the receipt I have says they only hold it for 48 hours after they get it before they put it up for sale.

It's probably Canadians messed up Zip codes whats this L4V QR7 BS? The company I work for is located in Canada and thats close to their Zip code.
