Ok...some self pimpage involved. I put this together for a final project in my Dreamweaver class. I just love to make Graphic designer students squeal when they see a multimedia major do better.

Not bad at all, but I have to agree that the background is too dark. I didn't even realize there was black horizontal piping in the header until I noticed it runs through the word "Corp." and squinted at the screen.

On your Contact page you have your email address actually spelled out in the page source. This is a huge no-no. Look into how to get around this with JavaScript.

Because you used a page-building app you have some extra/unused tags that are nothing but bloat, i.e. each page is littered with many empty alt="" tags, lots of border="0" in your image tags although every browser in the world defaults to a 0 border, and there are also many self-cancelling tags like:

<td height="59"><img name="r12_c1" src="Images/r12_c1.jpg" width="102" height="59"...

If you claim an image height inside a <td> that is already the height you want the <td> to possess you don't need to declare a <td> height as the image will stretch it anyway.

You don't need to use </tr> or </td> tags except in special circumstances as all browsers consider a new <td> or <tr> tag to mean the last open tag is now closed.

Be aware that once you claim a Doc-Type (which you should, as this is the modern way of doing things) any modern browser will ignore/parse out your meta Content-Type statement, making meta content tags be nothing but bloat.

Also, the whole site theme is fully designed/graphical on the top, bottom and left, yet totally flat/empty on the right. It gives it an unbalanced feel.

I realize the point of this project was to show your design skills, not your English skills, but I couldn't help but notice a ton of poor grammar and mispellings throughout the content, such as "and unpresidented" instead of "an unprecedented" on the second weapons page.

You’re absolutely right. It is dark...but I had to figure in that the majority of users out there have their monitors way too bright. It's a gamble for sure. It's dark on my monitor as well.

It is unbalance...but the assignment was a 760x XXX site...so I had to crop. I'm hoping that after I turn it in and have it graded I can make it a stretch page like most E-commerce sites.
