Is it possible to get a vehicle on top of the tower on ONS-Torlan?

Has anyone tried this?

Using the buggy thing(forgot the name) can you run it off a cliff and land on a raptor and have the raptor fly up to the top of the mid tower and drop off the buggy. Would make for some insane dare devils if possible.

You could spawn a vehicle up there don't ask me the console command however.
