Patch for Linux demo available

Icculus released a patch for the Linux demo that fixes the ? instead of a ping number in the server browser (although I doubt the accuracy of the ping number since it said I was pinging 13... with my 56K modem).

It also supports using an external text-to-speech program. Haven't tried that yet.

Strangely enough, I think the browser still ordered by ping, you just couldn't see it.

I had a hard time judging, though, because of my craptastic connection.
