How to install Unreal Tournament 2004 (Midway Games Version) on Linux?

I bought a fresh new version of Unreal Tournament 2004 (Midway Games) from Amazon for $10.00 but there is no linux-installer.sh file as all the tutorials allude to on the DVD. What to do? Where do I get an official version of this .sh file.
