Sniper Rifle?

Can anyone tell me where i can find the Sniper Rifle.
I thought it would be in Ounslaught. Or is it not just in the demo?
Someone?

Btw, The same goes for the Ion Painter which will bring the awesome bomber in. Where is it?

It's in ONS-ArcticStronghold, at least according to the latest Gamespy preview
