Translocator and previous weapon?!?

there I would want to know if and a solution for the problem of the previous weapon when using the translocator and a player click left and right mouse.
I want to leave this.
Exists one solution to the problem?
If no exist please in full game resolve this prob,because now i no have possibility to use translocator fastly.
In ut2k3 i no have this prob.

The prob is the previous weapon when i click left and right mouse with translocator,i no want it.
