GPF - Extremely Repeatable

I am getting a GPF almost constantly in game. It reads:

UT2004 Build UT2004_Build_[2004-02-10_03.01]

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD PentiumPro-class processor @ 1476 MHz with 511MB RAM
Video: RADEON 9600 SERIES (6422)

General protection fault!

I'm running the latest ATI Catalysts. And what I was doing right before this was adding a ip to favorites.

There is also a bug in the favorites. I added the IP "255.255" to the Favorites, then went back to IRC to get the rest of the ip. I then edited it, it created a new entry and wouldn't let me delete the old one.


edit: This bug happens every time i try to play.
