Scroll through text file text on mouse button push?

Hey Guys,

Is there a way to put different text lines / sentences into a text file then everytime I put a certain button it will say it?

like

mouse 5 = say <text file line>?

Thank you for your feedback but I am thinking more along the lines of:

1. I have an Alias setup for activating the random.txt file
2. when mouse button pushed it triggers the alias to open the random.txt file and take line 1's text / sentence and <say> it on the screen
3. When the button is pushed again it again triggers the alias and pulls line 2 from the random.txt file and <say>'s it on the screen.

Sorry for not being able to explain this well but it has been done before I just need those expert haxors to let me know how to set this up.
