in vctf how do i get speed and how do i use it

when you get 100 adrenaline, hit your forward key 4 times. nothing else to it, during the combo you will move faster but carring the flag will make your adren run out faster too.

FFFF = Speed
BBBB = Booster
FFBB = Beserk
LLRR = Invis

and it's not just in VCTF, Its in most game modes. Not in assault tho
