If you mean viewing your cd-key, its in your windows registry. Regedit is the program (just open it under Start -> Run)

I don't know of any other program other than this, and I'm sorry if you knew that already.

Yeah, I can, but I don't know what values to put and where. There's literally nothing there at all. Just re-installed windows, so the registry was erased.
