EAX Sound Support + True Surround Sound!

Can we please have MULTI-SPEAKER Support instead of Surround
Support.
This also means going to EAX 2.0, 3.0 or 4.0.

But this would drastlicly help the sound positioning in the game.
Plus TRUE Surround sound is SO MUCH BETTER! Can we please Have this!

True Surround Sound is 4 speakers or more like:
5.1 Speakers,
6.1 Speakers,
7.1 Speakers.

For those of you that don't know what the .1 is the Subwoofer.

hardware EAX + SB Audigy II + Logitech z680's = true surround sound

Must run them in 6 channel analog mode though. Digital is stereo x 2.

I just upgraded again and the 6-channel audio on the Abit IC7-G MB isn't nearly as nice as the SB IMO.

i dont know what the hell xabora is talking about. i have 6.1 creative sound system. eax audigy 2 sound card, and its about as surround sound as it gets. what do you mean true surround sound???

Maybe he means true support for 5.1 (or maybe more) surround sound. Most games don't even support anything better than 4.1. You may have five speakers but they aren't all being used the way they should be.

does he mean for ut2k3?? cuase i'm pretty sure when playing Red Orchestra it uses all the speakers, except maybe the sixth one.
