halo ut not working

i got the halo ut mod and all of the updates... alot of the models doing show up they all show "?" except for the female pilot/cheifs and some of the male master cheifs and the covi flood and when i try to use any of these models they dont work

also the flood invasion game dosnt work.. no flood anywhere..

and the warthogs dont replace anything... its only the banshee
