What time is full XMP coming out?

Can someone please point me to WHERE it has been OFFICIALLY stated that XMP will be out tonight - I cannot find an official statement, only a rumour that has spread wildly.

The little presentation you get when you exit the XMP demo says that Unreal II Special Edition is coming on the 9th. The XMP press release says that XMP Full will be available for download the day that U2SE hits the shelves.

It's likely to appear late afternoon to early evening rather than early morning, so if you're staying up waiting for it, go get some sleep .

xmp looks like its gonna be worth checking out fully, thus why I ordered U2 and will be here today (9th) hopefully by the time I get it, xmp will be available for dl!!

I have a feeling they're gonna postpone it due to huge problems with servers not being able to handle the load. Just been reading the post on the U2 forum on this .... not sure if it has officially been shipped yet though.
