Custom Keyboard Settings?

Is it possible to actually set custom keyboard settings for the pc UT2k4? I think I have searched about everywhere to do this, but I have been unable to figure it out. If there is a way someone let me know, it would be greatly appreciated.

No offense, but I find it hard to believe you've searched everywhere. Unless by 'everywhere', you mean everything in the game settings (see above post...it may be easy to miss).
