yes you can use any skin online... HOWEVER unless there server supports no one else will see it.

but the only way to is to have the skin uplaoded to the server. then when anyone joins the server it has be automaticly downloaded into their cache.

Thats kind of a letdown But I suppose that someone may have the same skin as you and be able to see it...right ?

Yes you can but as above no one will see it if the server doesnt support it... hopefully UT2007 will have a better system for supporting custom content.

Some gametypes may not allow your custom model to be seen even by others who also have it. One example is 3spn's Arena Master and Team Arena Master. If you use a custom model while playing either online others only see you as Jacob.
