Hmmmmm, just installed the 84.21 drivers & my problem seems to have gone away.......... though my comp sucks & the problems started when my video card blew up and I reinstalled 81.98 drivers to accomodate my old MX420 card.

Keep bumping it, and e-mail it to nvidia's support if need be.

I never had this problem. Only lag on certain servers every now and then, but when that happens, I ask everyone playing if they are having the same issue and they are. I am at work so I am not sure on driver version but the rest is:
              -P4 3.6ghz
              -2gb Dual channel PC3200
-Aopen Aeolus 6600 256mb PCIx16 (HS only, nice and quiet)
              -A4Tech Optical mouse (kinda generic)
-SB Audigy X-gamer sound card (orig. Audigy)
-Win XP Sp2 and all most priority updates installed
-The rest is stock Dell stuff, P.S., 80 gb SATA etc

i tried using a radeon 9800 pro yesterday (instead of the 6800 i was using) and still got the same 'lag' as before... as i've tried everything else im 99.9% certain it is linked to fps cap/ netspeed/ refresh rate of monitor.
If anyone could help tell me why i lag more on some servers than others with an uncapped framerate yet still lag more on some servers than others, yet with a capped fps at 60 i lag less on some servers it'd be very helpful . I have a refresh rate of 75hz, and im certain its not something else on my pc that is causing it .
I just dont really see how fps cap links to online play and why not many others are having the same problem if it is .

I get it offline and online. And I don't get it if I use the 71.89 driver or lower.

Have you tried any of the newer beta drivers?

                    EDIT:

                    84.56 seems to work fine

No you're not - I had it in Serious Sam with older nVidia drivers, but not anymore ..

Okay some things to try to get rid of the mouse lag bug:

                          1) Disable Triple Buffering (UseTripleBuffering=False in the UT2004.ini)
                          2) Disable Trilinear Filtering (you can do this in-game)
                          3) Enable or disable Mouse Smoothing (you can do this in-game)

Do them one at a time until you resolve the problem. I've dealt with this in the past using the first 2 fixes, but it occurs to me the third fix might also help.
