Who else wants UT2k7 to be called Unreal Tournament 3?

UT III would be cool. Also, could be more easily typed as UT3.

But I am also happy with UT2k7, though it's a bit harder to say.

Also, the title doesn't date itself. We're still playing UT 2004 and it's 2006 already...

Heres an idea, instead of pontificating about the name, how about we just focus on whether the game will even live up the the name "Unreal Tournament". I certainly hope it will, and if so, I dont care if they call it "UT:mud". lol

I like the idea, except one problem - there was no Unreal Tournament 2. So maybe it should be called UT2, not UT3.

It's just too messed up to start calling it UT2 or UT3 or UT4. They've chosen a path and it is going to be difficult for them to stray from it, it would really have to be a change that makes sense. Since there have been 3 UT's already I doubt they'd go down that road. Even if it sounds decent. I believe it is justifiable to get rid of the 200x and so do most people here.. a suitable replacement is the problem and I think my proposal is most suitable although there are probably other good suggestions out there. Still I know if I ran a game company I probably wouldn't change the name of my flagship title based on anything but my own judgement and that of my colleagues. So let's just drop it and move on shall we?
